In this 300-hour Teacher Training, we will guide you from the foundational stages to the advanced levels of ancient Yoga practices. For those who have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, this course offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practice and explore a broader range of yogic teachings. The course is conducted in English, so a certain level of proficiency in the language is required to understand and engage with the instructions and lectures. However, there are no specific educational prerequisites to join. As long as you bring an open mind and a kind attitude, you are warmly welcome.
