This retreat offers a restorative pause from daily demands, supporting your emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing through expert coaching, guided relaxation practices, and nourishing cuisine—helping you restore balance and reconnect with yourself.
This retreat includes:
- 4 nights of en-suite accommodation
- Group coaching (Optional 1:1 coaching at additional cost)

- Private chef preparing plant based meals
