Lunara Sanctuary
Lunara Sanctuary is a small, intimate, doctor-led Ayurveda retreat in Induruwa, Sri Lanka, created for guests seeking authentic Ayurveda, personalised care, and a deeper connection with nature and themselves.
With a maximum of five guests at a time, Lunara offers a peaceful and personal atmosphere where each guest receives individual attention and care. Located on Sri Lanka’s southern coast, walking distance to the beach and surrounded by tropical nature, it is a place to slow down, rest, and reconnect.
Our programmes combine traditional Ayurvedic treatments and therapies with personalised Ayurvedic meals, yoga, mindfulness, nature experiences, and emotional wellbeing practices. Longer programmes include personalised Ayurveda and Panchakarma programmes, guided according to each guest’s individual needs and health condition.
Lunara is not a large commercial resort. It is a simple, warm, and authentic space where traditional Ayurveda meets slow coastal living. Our approach focuses on genuine personal care, meaningful experiences, and creating the right environment for rest, renewal, and holistic wellbeing.
